BELIEVE IN DREAMS

This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of Psp.

Supplies needed:

Open a blank canvas 600x520. Floodfill white.

Add a new layer. Select all. Copy and paste a paper into selection. Select none. Apply sg_multi-floral-grungeframe5 mask.

 Open my template. Copy and paste the rectangle 1 as a new layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Open another paper, copy and paste it as a new layer. Selections, invert, delete, select none. Delete my rectangle. Dropshadow your.

 Copy and paste the rectangle 2 as a new layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Open another paper, copy and paste it as a new layer. Selections, invert, delete, select none. Delete my rectangle. Dropshadow your.

 Copy and paste the metal button as a new layer. Resize small and position on the top left corner of the second rectangle. Duplicate, mirror. Duplicate, flip. Duplicate, mirror. Dropshadow all. 

Copy and paste the circle as a new layer. Move it to the right. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Open another paper, copy and paste it as a new layer. While still selected, copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Selections, invert, and press delete on paper layer and on tube layer. Select none. Delete my circle and dropshadow your. Change the blend mode of your tube to multiply or something you like.

 Copy and paste the stitches as a new layer and position over the circle. Dropshadow. 

Copy and paste the wordart as a new layer. Move it to the left. Resize and dropshadow.

 Copy and paste a flower as a new layer. Position to the left, over the tube. Resize and dropshadow. 

Copy and paste the bow as a new layer. Resize and position over the flower. Dropshadow. 

Copy and paste another flower as a new layer. Position to the right and dropshadow.

 Copy and paste another bow and position over the flower. Dropshadow.

 Copy and paste the buttefly as a new layer. Resize and position to the left. Rotate 20 degrees to right. Dropshadow.

 Add your name, copyright info, crop, merge flatten. Copy merged.

 
ANIMATION 

In AS, paste as new animation.
Open the butterfly animation. Select all, copy.
Duplicate your tag until you have 38 frames. Select all. Paste into selected frame. Position the buttefly where you prefer. 

Save as gif. 

Done!
