Super quickie! :)

Open a blank canvas 600x600. Floodfill white.

Copy and paste the black scalloped frame as a new layer. Dropshadow.

Copy and paste the glitter filled charm as a new layer. Leave it bit. With your freehand selection tool, point to point, select the border of the charm. Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer under the charm. While still selected, copy and paste the black doodle as a new layer and your tube. Selections, invert and press delete on paper layer, on doodle layer and on tube layer. Select none. Dropshadow the doodle and the tube.

Copy and paste the ribbon as a new layer over the charm. Dropshadow.

Copy and paste the butterfly as a new layer. Rotate 20 degrees to left. Dropshadow.

Copy and paste the ribbon heart as a new layer. I mirrored mine. Dropshadow and erase any excess on both sides.

White background highligted. Copy and paste the pink doodle as a new layer. Move it to the right. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Dropshadow both.

Add your name, copyright info, crop, merge flatten and save as png.
